Natural Broth: (Water, chicken carcass, leek, carrot, rib of calf, turnip, celery, parsnip, hen flesh, rib of hog, cured ham) Rib of hog, sausage of hog, rabbit, mushroom (Cantharellus Tubaeaformis o Graterellus Cornucopioides), mushroom (Pleurotus Ostreatus), parsley, garlic, red pepper flesh, olive oil, salt.
Allergic information: Contains Celery.
This product contains very little salt. This way you can add it according to your liking.

Our sofrito is made as it’s done at home: ground tomato, very lightly cut onion, pepper and, of course, a measure of good, golden olive oil. The result is obviously delicious.
This is a unique paella for us, as it was the first one to appear amongst the dishes offered at our restaurant.
We are placed in the upper-side of Barcelona, near the mountains, and until that moment, it seemed like paella could only be done with seafood and eaten at the beach. The mix of mushrooms, meat and aromatic herbs broke that tradition.
200g of extra quality rice, special for paella and dry rices. This is the same rice as we use daily at El Vell Sarrià restaurant, to cook the paellas that we are known for.
